1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using any website operated by Autobahn Service Center, including autobahnservice.com , or by booking services with us, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our websites or services.

2. Website Use

Our websites provide general information about Autobahn Service Center, our services, and how to contact or book with us. Website content is provided for convenience and may change without notice.

Online information does not create a repair order, warranty, or service commitment by itself. Service terms, pricing, timing, and authorization requirements are confirmed when you book, drop off a vehicle, or approve work with our team. Your use of our websites is also governed by our Privacy Policy, including our use of cookies and analytics tools with your consent where required.

3. Authorizations & Estimates

By dropping off your vehicle, you authorize Autobahn Service Center to perform the diagnostic testing, inspection, or repair work detailed in your service request. All estimates are provided in good faith. We will not exceed the agreed-upon estimate without your prior digital or verbal authorization.

4. Warranties on Parts & Labor

Autobahn Service Center provides a limited warranty on all eligible labor and newly installed OEM/OES parts. This warranty covers defects in material and workmanship under normal use. Damage resulting from racing, off-roading, modifications, or severe neglect is expressly excluded.

5. Liability & Abandonment

Autobahn Service Center is not responsible for loss or damage to vehicles or articles left in vehicles in completely unavoidable circumstances (e.g., severe weather events, fire, or theft beyond our secure facility controls). Vehicles left unpaid or uncollected for more than 30 days after completion of repairs may be subject to daily storage fees.

6. Intellectual Property

The content on our websites — including text, logos, photographs, graphics, and layout — is owned by or licensed to Autobahn Service Center and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or exploit site content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission, except for personal, non-commercial use such as viewing pages or sharing links to our site.

7. Disclaimer of Website Warranties

Our websites are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, regarding uninterrupted access, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.
